某核电站一期工程位于滨海地区,项目占地面积广,施工时间长,点线面工程兼备。水土保持工作应重视防洪排水,并需要根据不同的建设类别、施工时序、扰动特点进行防治分区,制定相应的分区水保措施,同时在整个施工过程中应重视水土保持监测,并根据监测的结果,及时调整或改进水土保持措施。

The first-stage project of Nuclear powerplant is by the sea.It is a point-line-plane combined project of broad area,long-term of construction work.The water and soil conservation work should put more emphasis on the following ：prevention of floods and drainage of floodwater;make control sectors and the conservation measures to each sector on the basis of construction category,schedule,disturbance characteristics;monitoring during the construction process;adjust or promote the measures timely according to the monitoring conclusion.
