江苏民营企业融资困难的原因及对策分析

Analysis of Causes and Countermeasures of Difficulties in Financing of Private Enterprises in Jiangsu

文章以江苏民营企业的融资问题为研究对象,通过宏观的统计数据和对江苏不同地区民营企业以及金融机构的调研数据,对其融资现状、融资结构和融资的主要影响因素进行理论和实证分析。从银行、企业、政府角度分析企业融资难的原因,提出缓解江苏民营企业融资困难的途径和相关政策建议。

In this paper,taking the financing of private enterprises in Jiangsu Province as the research object,through macro-statistics and private enterprises in different areas of Jiangsu and the survey data of financial institutions,their financial status,financing structure and the main factors which affect the financing was to conduct theoretical and empirical analysis.The reasons of the difficulties in financing from the aspects of banks,corporations,governments were also analyzed,and the ways and relevant policy recommendations to ease the financing difficulties of private enterprises in Jiangsu were proposed.
