加强实习基地建设 提高学生实践能力

Strengthening the Construction of Practice Bases and Improving the Practical Ability of Students

现代社会需要的人才不再是只会读书的书呆子,而是不仅有扎实的理论知识,更有较强的动手能力和实际工作能力的复合型人才。社会的需求也促使了高校教学的改革。近年来我校的教学改革中加大了实践教学环节的教学内容,但在生产实习方面还显得有些薄弱,生产实习基地不稳定,实习内容不充实,准备工作不全面等等,这些都直接影响了生产实习的效果。我提出的加强实习基地建设,提高学生实践能力就是针对这方面提出的个人意见及建议,希望对实践教学工作有一点儿启示。

The talents that modern society needs is not bookworm,but the compound talents who not only have solid theoretical knowledge,but also have strong practical ability and practical ability.The demand of society also promotes the college teaching reform.In recent years,we have enlarged the practice teaching in our school＇s educational reform.But it still have some problems,such as imperfect productive practice,unstable productive practice base,insubstantial practice content and incomplete preparatory work.These influence productive practice effect directly.In view of these,the author put forward some personal opinions and suggestions about strengthening the construction of practice base and improving the practice ability of students,hoping have a little inspiration to practice teaching.
