摘要
近年来,职业教育学校生源数量连年减少、质量下降,使职教的生存和发展面临新的课题和严峻的挑战。怎样看待录取进校时分数较低的学生?怎样认识职业教育的特点?如何结合职业教育特点,面向社会需求、适应学生现实水平状况,完成职业教育的任务并进一步发展和完善职业教育?如何对这些对学习不感兴趣的学生进行职业技能教育?如何使他们能成为自食其力,同时对社会有贡献的劳动者?文章主要对这些问题作初步的概略与探讨。
In recent years,the shrinkage of the number and quality of applicants has brought about new challenge to the survival and development of secondary vocational schools.How should teachers treat the freshmen with low academic standard? What are the characteristics of the secondary vocational education? How should teachers combine the characteristics of secondary vocational education with the standards of the students to meet the needs of the society so as to fulfill the task of vocational education and achieve its further development? How should teachers conduct the vocational training to the students with low interest in learning? How should teachers make these students into self-independent labors and contributors to the society? This paper has a preliminary discussion on these questions.
