Research on Core Competence Comprehensive Evaluation of University Library Based on Fuzzy Theory

本文以高校图书馆核心竞争力评价为研究对象,通过对高校图书馆核心竞争力的理论分析,从资源能力、管理能力、创新能力和服务能力四个方面构建高校图书馆核心竞争力评价指标体系,进而将模糊综合评价法应用于高校图书馆核心竞争力综合评价问题,实证研究结果表明了方法的科学性和有效性。

Based on the Core Competence theory,the paper analyzes the Core Competence of university library and establishes the index system from the perspective of resource,management,innovation and service.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into the resolution of the problem,the practice proves the validity of the method.
