Construction of the Model of Harmonious Relationship between Street Vendor and City Manager

由于流动摊贩的自身的特点以及经营方式的特殊性,往往成为城市管理的"痼疾"与重点管理对象,形成了流动摊贩与城市管理者不和谐的关系模式。因此,如何协调流动摊贩与城市管理者的利益与矛盾,构建流动摊贩与城市管理者和谐关系模式,成为目前城市管理亟需研究的重要课题,同时也是本文研究目的所在。

The street vendors often become the chronic disease and management focus object in city＇s management because its special characteristics and operation mode.So the relationalship of street vendors and city management is unharmonious.So how to deal with their interests and contradictions and build a harmonious relationship model becoming an important topic in city management.It＇s also the objective of this paper.
