摘要
为了进一步认识原子力显微镜(AFM)实验中针尖与样品之间的作用力,测试了针尖与样品中的力-距离曲线,分析了针尖与样品之间在不同距离时的相互作用,拓展了AFM实验功能。
In order to investigate the force between the tip atoms and the sample surface,the force-distance curves were measured and the interaction between the tip and the sample surface with different distance was analyzed.The functions of AFM experiments were exploited.
