Caspase-3、Survivin与皮肤肿瘤
摘要
凋亡，也称程序化细胞死亡，是细胞进化过程中高度保守、受机体严密调控、在特定时空中发生的细胞“自杀”现象。随着对凋亡的不断深入研究，人们越来越清楚地认识到，细胞凋亡受阻可能是肿瘤发病机制之一。近年来，对凋亡基因及其与肿瘤发生发展的研究已经取得了一定的进展，本文仅就有关Caspase-3、Survivin与皮肤肿瘤方面的研究论述如下。
