Recent Advances in Clinical Application of Speckle Tracking Echocardiography

摘要 目的:探讨斑点追踪显像技术在心血管疾病超声检查中的应用.方法:在PubMed和中国期刊全文数据库中查阅近年来国内外的相关文献,并做进一步综合分析.结果:应用斑点追踪显像技术测定心肌运动的应变及应变率,能更准确的评价心肌整体与局部的功能.结论:斑点追踪显像技术检查无角度依赖性,其判断室壁运动的敏感性及准确性优于以往相关超声检查方法. Objective:To investigate the application of speckle tracking imaging in the diagnose of car- diovascular diseases. Methods:To look up the relevant Chinese and foreign literatures in PubMed and the CNKI in recent years, and make further comprehensive analysis. Results:The strain and strain rate of wall mo- tion, which have close relationship with allomeric function and regional function of ventricular wall, can be determined by speckle tracking echocardiography. Conclusions:There is no angular dependence speckle tracking echocardiography, and it is more sensitive and accurate than previous related ultrasound methods.
