腔内激光闭锁联合Müller术治疗下肢静脉曲张587例

Endovascular Laser Treatment and Müller Operation for Lower Extremity Varicosis

目的评价腔内激光闭锁联合Müller术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床应用价值。方法下肢静脉曲张患者587例716条肢体,采用波长810 nm的半导体激光行曲张静脉主干腔内光凝闭锁,Müller术多点切除曲张静脉团及反流浅静脉,以激光直接烧灼凝闭溃疡周围及反流交通支。结果术后当天患者即可下床活动,创伤小,住院时间短。716条患肢完全治愈,长期随访无复发。少数患者出现皮肤灼伤、皮神经损伤等并发症。结论腔内激光闭锁联合Müller术治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效确切,微创,美观、恢复快,适用于治疗各期下肢静脉曲张。

Objective To evaluate the endovascular laser treatment（EVLT） and Müller＇s method in treatmant of varicosis of lower extremity. Methods From Aug 2005 to May 2010,587 patients with varicosis of lower extremity were received EVLT and Müller＇s method,the clinic data pre-and post-operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were cured with minitrauma and short-hospitalization.A small number of patients had burned skin and neurotrauma. Conclusions EVLT and Müller＇s method to treat varicosis of lower extremity are of good curative-effect with minitrauma.They can be used at grass-roots hospitals.
