摘要
目的探讨CO2激光切除部分杓状软骨治疗双侧声带麻痹的疗效。方法双侧声带麻醉患者8例,气管切开全麻支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除一侧声带突及其后部分杓状软骨。结果术后随访1～3年,7例患者一次性拔管,1例患者二次手术后拔管。结论 CO2激光切除部分杓状软骨具有创伤小、住院时间短、不累及发声等优点,是治疗双侧声带麻痹的首选。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CO2 laser on bilateral vocal cord paralysis.Methods Endolaryngeal resection of part of unilateral arytenoid cartilage and vocal process was done.Results From 8 cases the 7 patients were decannulated after first operation,the last one was after second operation.Conclusions CO2 laser seems to be a reliable and effective procedure for treatment of bilateral vocal cord paralysis.
