Effect of He-Ne Laser and CO_2 Laser on Bone Fracture Healing

摘要 目的比较相同剂量的He-Ne激光与CO2激光照射对骨折的疗效。方法 36只健康雄性兔制成骨折模型,随机分为三组,每组12只。He-Ne激光组:He-Ne激光扩束照射骨折区;CO2激光组:CO2激光扩束照射骨折组;对照组:常规治疗。通过X片,观察骨折愈合情况,测定骨痂中钙和胶原含量及生物力学抗扭性能,比较三组的疗效。结果 (1)骨折愈合效果:两激光组均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗后25 d,CO2激光组优于He-Ne激光组(P<0.05)。(2)胶原蛋白、钙含量:两激光组高于对照组(P<0.05),CO2激光组好于He-Ne激光组(P<0.05)。(3)生物力学抗扭强度:两激光组的最小扭矩(T8°)和瞬间扭矩(Tmax)均高于对照组(P<0.01),CO2激光组Tmax高于He-Ne激光组。结论 He-Ne激光与CO2激光照射对骨折愈合均有促进作用,且CO2激光更好于He-Ne激光。 Objective To observe and compare the discrepancy of curative effect of He-Ne laser and CO2 laser irradiation under the same dosage. Methods The bone fracture pattern was made to 36 healthy male rabbits,who were randomly divided into 3 groups(each 12) : He-Ne laser group: expanding a bunch of the He-Ne laser project light upon the bone fracture zone,CO2 laser group: expanding a bunch of the CO2 laser irradiation,and matched control group:the routine cures.The different therapy impact was observed on the bone fracture healing.Observed X-ray,detected the contents of collagen and calcium in the callus,and measured the biomechanics anti-torsion strength to evaluate curative effect. Results(1) Fracture healing effect: the two laser groups were better than the control group(P0.05 or 0.01),and 25 days after treatment,CO2 laser group was better than He-Ne laser group(P0.05).(2)Collagen and calcium content: two laser groups were higher than control group(P0.05),and CO2 laser group was better than He-Ne laser group(P0.05).(3) Biomechanics anti-torsion strength:the minimum torque(T8°) and instantaneous torque(Tmax) of both laser groups were higher than that of control group(P0.01),and the Tmax of CO2 laser group was higher than that of He-Ne laser group. Conclusions He-Ne laser and CO2 laser irradiation can promote healing of the bone fracture,and the CO2 laser is better.
