Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病421例

Pigmented Dermatosis Treated with Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser and Its Clinical Curative Effect

目的观察Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病的临床疗效及安全性。方法使用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病患者421例,其中雀斑103例、咖啡斑45例、脂溢性角化病98例、太田痣33例、文身(蓝黑色)56例、颧部褐青色痣49例及外伤性色素沉着37例。激光治疗的波长:雀斑、咖啡斑为532 nm,脂溢性角化病为532 nm和1 064 nm波长联合治疗,太田痣、文身(蓝黑色)、颧部褐青色痣和外伤性色素沉着采用Q1 064 nm波长。结果经1～9次治疗,雀斑、咖啡斑、脂溢性角化病、太田痣、文身(蓝黑色)、颧部褐青色痣及外伤性色素沉着总有效率分别为96.1%、75.6%、70.4%、78.8%、91.1%、81.6%和83.8%。术后出现暂时性色素沉着25例(5.9%),无瘢痕发生。结论 Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗色素性皮肤病疗效较好,安全性高。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect and safety of pigmented dermatosis treated with Q-switched Nd ∶YAG laser.Methods A total of 421 patients with pigmented dermatosis were treated with Q-switched Nd ∶YAG laser,including 103 cases of freckle,45 cases of cafe-au-lait spots,98 cases seborrheic keratosis,33 cases of naevus of Ota,56 cases of tattoos（blue and black）,49 cases of naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus and 37 cases of accidental chromatosis.The pigmented dermatosis was treated with wavelength of 532 nm the freckle,cafe-au-lait spots and seborrheic keratosis were treated with wavelength of 532 nm and 1 064 nm while the naevus of Ota,tattoos（blue and black）,naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus and accidental chromatosis were treated with wavelength of 1 064 nm.Results After treated 1 to 9 times,the total effective rate of freckle,cafe-au-lait spots,seborrheic keratosis,the naevus of Ota,tattoos（blue and black）,naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus and accidental chromatosis was 96.1%,75.6%,70.4%,78.8%,91.1%,81.6% and 83.8%,respectively.There was no scar formation.Conclusions Q-switched Nd ∶YAG laser is proved to be safe and effective in treating pigmented dermatosis.
