摘要
窄谱中波紫外线(narrow-band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)已成为目前临床治疗皮肤病的常规方法。本文为NB-UVB治疗银屑病的作用机制、剂量、以及降低累积剂量重要性的概述。严格掌握NB-UVB治疗技术,使治疗规范化、个体化,可更好的造福于患者。
Narrow-band ultraviolet B（Narrow-band UVB,NB-UVB） has now become a routine method in clinical dermatology.The author outlines the mechanism its action and dose in treating psoriasis as well as the importance of reducing the cumulative dosage of it,and also proposes that therapeutic technologies must be proficiently applied and strictly standardized and individualized,so that NB-UVB can give for patients more benefit.
