利用两相CT融合技术改善胸腹部肿瘤靶区勾画的初步评价 被引量:4

摘要 胸腹部肿瘤会随呼吸运动发生位置和形状变化。在应用三维适形及调强放疗时,如何确定不同患者从临床靶区(CTV)到内靶区(ITV)的个性化边界是一个突出的问题。Bosmans等报道了用两相CT确定ITV的方法,使ITV既能包括靶区自身运动又不致太多正常组织受照。本研究回顾性分析采用该方法对胸腹部肿瘤进行的计划设计,与通常所用的基于自由呼吸CT设计的计划进行了比较。
