针灸在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用概况

Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of malignant tumors

就近年来有关针灸在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用的文献进行总结,分析针灸在缓解癌性疼痛、改善放化疗不良反应、提高机体免疫力等方面的疗效,探讨针灸在恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用,为临床研究提供参考依据。通过对文献中的针灸方法、疗效判断、试验方法、实验结果等资料的分析,认为针灸在缓解癌性疼痛、改善放化疗后不良反应、提高机体免疫力等方面有一定效果,但针灸治疗恶性肿瘤在介入时机、相关疗法的综合应用、刺激强度、留针时间及作用机理等方面有待进一步研究。

To summarize the literature on the application of acuppuncture and moxibustion（acumox） in the treatment of malignant tumors in recent years,analyze the effect of acumox in relieving cancerous pain,improving side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and enhancing immunity,and discuss the practical application of acumox in treating malignant tumors,so as to provide references for clinical research.Through the analysis of acumox methods,curative effect evaluation and experimental research in literature,it＇s hold that acumox showed certain effect in relieving cancerous pain,improving side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy and enhancing immunity;but further research is necessary for the intervention time,comprehensive application of related therapies,stimulating intensity,needle retention time and mechanism of the treatment of malignant tumors.
