流程管理在PICC申报与置管中的应用

Application of process management in the PICC declaration and catheterization

目的:规范PICC申报与置管的管理,提高置管成功率,降低并发症的发生率。方法:制定PICC申报与置管监控流程,并在临床实践中不断优化和完善。结果:流程管理使PICC置管规范化,其置管的成功率与并发症的发生率,与实施流程管理前比较有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:实施流程管理,使PICC申报与置管规范化,提高了置管成功率,降低了并发症发生率。

Objective：To standardize the management of PICC declaration and catheterization,improve the catheterized success rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.Methods： The monitoring process of PICC declaration and catheterization was developed and improved in clinical practice.Results： The process management standardized the PICC catheterization.The catheterized success and complication rate were significantly different after implementation of process management（P0.005）.Conclusion： The application of process management standardized the PICC declaration and catheterization,improved the catheterized success rate,and reduce the incidence of complications.
