A型肉毒毒素注射联合肌肉乙醇阻滞治疗痉挛性斜颈的疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of Botulinum toxin type A injection combined with muscle alcohol block therapy on spasmodic torticollis

目的观察A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)注射联合肌肉乙醇阻滞治疗痉挛性斜颈(ST)的疗效。方法 43例ST患者随机分为联合治疗组(14例)和对照组(29例),两组均给予BTX-A注射,联合治疗组同时进行肌肉乙醇阻滞治疗。在治疗前后分别进行Tsui评分以评估疗效。结果治疗后Tsui评分联合治疗组[(3.02±3.29)分]与对照组[(6.76±3.87)分]均明显低于治疗前[(12.43±2.44)分,(12.34±2.29)分],且联合治疗组明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。联合治疗组总缓解率(85.7%)、完全缓解率(57.1%)及明显缓解率(21.4%)均明显高于对照组(69.0%,17.2%和17.2%)(P<0.05～0.01)。结论 BTX-A注射联合肌肉乙醇阻滞治疗ST的疗效优于单纯BTX-A治疗,无严重不良反应。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Botulinum toxin type A injection combined with muscle alcohol block therapy on spasmodic torticollis （ST）. Methods Forty-three ST patients were randomly divided into combined treatment group （14 cases） and control group（29 cases）. All of them reseved the injection of with BTX-A. At the same time, the combined treatment group added muscle alcohol block therapy. The Tsui scores were evaluated before and after treatment in order to value the curative effects. Results After treatment, the Tsui scores in combined treatment group（ 3.02 ± 3.29 ） and control group （ 6.76 ± 3.87 ） were significantly lower than before treatment [ （12.43 ±2.44）, （12.34±2.29） ], and the Tsui scores of combined treatment group was significantly lower than control group （all P〈 0.01 ）. In combined treatment group, the total remission rate （85.7%）, the complete remission rate （57.1%） and the manifest remission rate （21.4%） were significantly higher than those in control group （69.0% ,17.2% and 17.2%） （P〈0.05 -0.01）. Conclusions The curative effects of BTX-A injection combined with muscle alcohol block therapy on ST is better than only BTX-A injection. And there was no serious adverse.
