摘要
我国家具行业的家族式企业已经进入了从第一代到第二代的交替阶段,家族企业的内部管理问题日益突出。本文分析了现阶段家族式家具企业管理中存在的产权关系、企业管理制度,人才管理等方面的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
Today,the family-owned Chinese furniture companies stepped into the stage of exchange the power from the founder to the second generation,and problems in management came out.The problems such as property right relations,management system,HR management were discussed,and the corresponded actions were given.
