摘要
目的:探讨腮腺导管结扎后腺体组织的生物学变化。方法:用SD大鼠建立动物模型,将其右侧腮腺主导管结扎;定期获取标本,制备组织切片,利用苏木精-伊红染色、免疫组织化学染色及形态计量等方法,观察术后不同阶段腮腺组织中腺泡、肌上皮细胞、导管及间质的形态变化及体积分数。结果:腮腺主导管结扎后,腺体组织开始萎缩,其中腺泡体积分数逐渐减少,至30d时已完全消失;间质、导管及肌上皮细胞体积分数增加;各时间组中各组织成分的体积分数与对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05);萎缩后的腺体最终由扩张及增生的导管、间质(主要含纤维结缔组织)及肌上皮细胞组成。结论:腮腺主导管结扎后可促使腺体发生萎缩,从而避免腮腺区域术后涎瘘等并发症的发生。
Objective:To investigate the changes of the parotid gland tissue after stensen's duct ligation.Methods:We built the animal model using the SD rat.The experimental group rat's Stensen's duct(right side) was exposed and ligated at each time point(1d,6d,12d,20d,30d).We then used HE stain,immunohistochemistry and morphometry to investigate the morphological and volume fraction changes of acini cells,myoepithelia cells,duct(Intercalated duct and striated duct) and interstitial substance.Results:The parotid gland tissue of experimental group began to atrophy after stensen's duct ligation.Through the morphological we could know that acinar volume fraction gradual decline and disappeared at 30d.Interstitial substance,duct,and myoepithelial cells increased in volume fraction.At 30d,the atrophy of the parotid gland was composed of interstitial substance,duct,and myoepithelial cells.Conclusion:The parotid gland tissue begins to atrophy after stensen's duct ligation.We can avoide salivary fistula by ligate the stensen's duct in the surgery of parotid region.
