声敏剂联合超声聚焦刀治疗肝胆管细胞癌1例 被引量:2

摘要 1病案摘要 患者女性,40岁,澳大利亚人。2009年12月无明显诱因出现上腹部隐痛,B超发现肝内多发占位性病变,穿刺活检病理结果提示:中、高分化腺癌。CA199〉1200U/ml,CEA58μg/L,AFP 3μg/L。诊断为肝内胆管细胞癌。
