对种植牙患者进行整体护理配合的效果评价

Effective evaluation of holistic nursing on dental implant patients

目的:评价对种植牙患者进行整体护理后的临床效果并总结经验。方法:选取在烟台市口腔医院种植中心2005.1-2010.6期间就诊的所有患者1292例,对所有患者术前进行身体评估、解答患者的疑问、进行心理评估与护理;术中根据种植手术操作流程,配合医生、传递器械、保持无菌操作并密切观察患者的生命体征;术后告知患者所有注意事项,术后一天进行电话回访,复诊时对病人进行肿胀、疼痛、出血、感染等方面的记录;半年后进行电话回访调查患者的满意度。结果:共植入种植体2071颗,手术护理过程顺利,有13颗种植体失败,取得良好的临床效果,电话回访患者满意度高达99.8%。结论:以人为本,以病人为中心进行整体护理配合,是保障种植牙成功的重要因素之一。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of holistic nursing on dental implant patients and to summarize the experience.Methods： As total of 1292 patients came to the Department of Implantology in Yantai Stomatological Hospital between 2005.1 and 2010.6.System evaluation and psychological assessments were made before surgery,also all the questions asked by the patients were answered in detail.During the implant surgery,cooperating with the dentists and instruments transferring and vital signs evaluation et al.were all carried on.Post-surgery notes were told to the patients and complications concluding swelling,pain,bleeding and infection were record during the follow-ups.Satisfation call visits were taken after half a year.Results： 2071 implants were placed and 13 implants were removed.Nursing procedures were smoothly and good clinical results were obtained.The rate of satisfaction was up to 99.8%.Conclusions： it is very important to make the holistic nursing on dental implants patients.It is also one of the key factor to ensure a successful implant surgery.
