镍铬合金氮化钛涂层对白色假丝酵母菌粘附性和耐腐蚀性影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过研究牙用镍铬合金表面氮化前后白色假丝酵母菌粘附量的变化和耐电化学腐蚀的变化为镍铬合金表面改性的应用提供理论基础。方法:采用真空镀膜技术在镍铬合金片表面沉积氮化钛薄膜,用菌落计数法测定和比较镀膜前后白色假丝酵母菌的粘附量有无差异;采用动电位极化曲线法,比较在PH6.8的人工唾液中,镍铬合金镀膜前后极化曲线的差异,应用场扫描电镜观测腐蚀后试件表面的破坏程度。结果:镍铬合金表面氮化后,白色假丝酵母菌粘附量明显减少,差别具有统计学意义;电化学实验显示,镀膜组极化曲线向正方向移位。结论:镍铬合金表面镀膜能抑制白色假丝酵母菌的粘附同时提高耐腐蚀性能。 Objective:To study the effects of titanium nitride(TiN)coating on bacterial adhesion and corrosion resistance of dental Ni-Cr alloy,to provide a theoretical basis for the application of dental Ni-Cr alloy surface modification.Methods:TiN thin film is deposited on Ni-Cr alloy by ion-plating technology.Measured and compared amount of difference in adhesion of Candida albicans before and after the alloy surface coating by colony counting;The Tafel polarization curves of the specimen before and after coating TiN in artificial saliva were measured by electrochemical station.Microstructure was examined by field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).Results:The amount of bacterial adhension decreased significantly after nitriding the surfaces of Ni-Cr alloys and the difference was statistically significant;Compared with the Ni-Cr alloy without coating,the polarization curve of coated samples presented positive displacement.Conclusion:After modificating the surface of Ni-Cr alloy,the resistance to bacterial adhesion performance and resistance to electrochemical corrosion have been improved.
