摘要
针对一种小型扬声器盆架拉深系数较大的特点,对现有加工工艺方法进行改进,设计了一种先冲孔后拉深的级进模具。该模具将原有的5副模具减少到2副,冲压过程由8步变为2步,在保证产品质量的同时大大提高了生产效率。
The characteristics of larger deep drawing coefficient for a small speaker basin frame was introduced, then a great improvement for existing processing method was made. A kind of progressive die of deep drawing after punching was designed. This mould reduced to two than the original five sets of mould. By changing eight steps to two steps in stamping process, the production efficiency was enhanced and the product quality was ensured.
