辽宁省高粱生产的区域优势比较分析

Analysis on Regional Comparative Advantages of Sorghum Production in Liaoning Province

辽宁省是我国高粱生产的主要产区,通过统计1999～2008年辽宁高粱生产概况,根据优势比较理论,分析辽宁省高粱生产的规模优势指数、效率优势指数和综合优势指数,并进行空间直观表达。结果表明,辽宁省不同地区高粱生产的规模优势指数、效率优势指数和综合优势指数存在较大的差异,辽宁西部4市,锦州、阜新、朝阳和葫芦岛是高粱生产优势集中地区。辽宁省应积极引导各区域依据比较优势进行高粱生产的结构调整,实现高粱生产的合理布局和专业化生产,充分发挥高粱生产的比较优势。

Liaoning province is a main area for sorghum production in China. The scale advantage index （SAI） , efficiency advantage index （EAI） and aggregated advantage index （AAI） were analyzed by statistic data of sorghum production in Liaoning province from 1999 to 2008. The spatially explicit maps of regional comparative advantages of sorghum production were expressed by using arcgis 9.0. The main results showed that there were significant differences in SAI, EAI and AAI among regions. The production advantages were mainly focused in the four cities of the west Liaoning province, Jinzhou, Fuxin, Chaoyang and Huludao. The regional structure of sorghum production in Liaoning province should be adjusted according to the comparative advantages to reasonably arrange and specialize the sorghum production and exploit regional advantages.
