摘要
银杏是一个集绿化、观赏和环境保护于一体的珍贵树种,其种子和叶有很高的营养价值和保健功能,现综述了银杏的基本特征、利用价值、功能因子及其保健产品的开发利用,对其发展前景进行了展望。
Ginkgo is a kind of rare tree available for virescence,view and envirment protection.Meanwhile,seeds and leaves exhibit excellent nutritive and healthy.In the present study,we investigated its basic characteristics,ultilization,functional factors and the development of its hygienical production,while its application in the daily life was also discussed.
