摘要
目的探讨完全腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术的技术方法与优点。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年1月10例完全腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术患者的临床资料,所有患者均未行辅助体外肝肠吻合术。结果 10例患者均成功完成完全腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除术。手术时间为210～300min,术后住院天数为3～7d,术后随访1～36个月,其中1例患者于术后发生吻合口狭窄,经开腹行胆肠吻合口拆除重建后,治愈出院,无死亡病例。结论完全腹腔镜胆总管囊肿切除是安全可行的,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the Technical points and advantage of total laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of total laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision on 10 cases between January 2008 and January 2011.All patients did Roux-en-Y hepatoenterostomy in vitro.Results All of 10 patients were successfully performed operation of total laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision.The operation time was 210 to 300 minutes.And the time of hospital stay was 3 to 7 days.Follow-up observations for 1 to 36 months,one patient was found anastomotic stoma stricture,the other cases had no post-operative complication.There was no patient dead.Conclusions Total laparoscopic choledochal cyst excision is safe and feasible for the choledochal cyst.
