摘要 目的优选黄龙止咳口服液的最佳醇提工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以白花前胡甲素和总黄酮及浸出物为指标,对黄龙止咳口服液的醇提工艺进行优选。结果最佳醇提工艺为:加饮片总量为15倍量的70%乙醇分2次回流提取,每次2 h。结论该工艺稳定,可行。 Objective To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Huanglong Cough Liquid. Methods The alcohol extraction process of Huanglong Cough Liquid was optimized by orthogonal design, with Praeruptorin A, flavonoid and the extractum as the indicators. Results The optimal process was 15 times 70% alcohol adding into herbal pieces, then reflux extracting 2 times and 2 hours for each time. Conclusion The optimal extration process is stable and reasonable.
