鼻炎片中欧前胡素含量测定

Content Determination of Imperatorin in Biyan Tablets

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎片中白芷所含有效成分欧前胡素的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18分析色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为300 nm。结果欧前胡素在0.044～1.408μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,加样回收率为98.91%,RSD=1.93%。结论本方法快速、准确,可用于鼻炎片的质量控制。

Objective To establish the determination method of imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae from Biyan Tablets by HPLC. Methods The HPLC determination was carried out on Diamonsil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-H20 （60 ： 40） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the ultraviolet detection wavelength was set at 300 nm. Results Imperatorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.044-1.408 μg with the peak area score, the coefficient was 0.999 9, and the average recovery was 98.91% （RSD= 1.93%）. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Biyan Tablets.
