摘要
目的观察散发性乳腺癌组织中EMSY基因启动子CpG岛甲基化的状态。方法用特异性甲基化PCR法检测66例散发性乳腺癌和32例正常乳腺组织中EMSY基因启动子区甲基化情况。结果乳腺癌组织有11例(16.7%)、正常乳腺组织有12例(37.5%)EMSY基因启动子发生甲基化,两者相比,P<0.05。结论散发性乳腺癌组织中EMSY基因启动子区呈低甲基化状态,可能与散发性乳腺癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To observe the methylation status of the CpG islands in the promoter regions of EMSY gene in sporadic breast cancer. Methods Methylation-spcific PCR was used to detect the methylation status of EMSY promoter in 66 cases of breast cancer tissues and 32 cases of benign tissues. Results 11 case( 16.7% ) had methylation of EMSY promoter in tumor tissues and 12 cases (37.5%) had methylation of EMSY promoter in benign tissues, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions There is hypomethylation of CpG island in the promoter of EMSY gene in sporadic breast cancer, and DNA hypomethylation may be correlated with the happening and development of sporadic breast carcinoma.
