经尿道前列腺电切综合征相关因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)的相关危险因素。方法对216例行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素及多因素回归分析结果显示,手术时间(P=0.006)、前列腺切除重量(P=0.004)和前列腺包膜或膀胱穿孔(P=0.007)与TURS的发生有关(P均<0.005)。结论前列腺切除重量≥30 g、手术时间≥90 min和前列腺包膜或膀胱穿孔是发生TURS的危险因素。
