摘要
运用流体力学、传热传质学理论,采用Airpak2.1软件模拟了掘进作业空间风流与围岩的热湿交换过程,得到风流流场、温度场、平均空气龄及PMV—PPD分布。研究结果表明,抽出式局部通风掘进工作面热环境受热负压影响,从风筒口至工作面区域存在风流卷吸有效区、涡流扩散区。结合空气龄和PMV—PPD指标对矿井热环境进行数值预测与评价,其结果与现场调研有较好的一致性。
Based on hydrodynamic,heat and mass transfer theories,the Airpak2.1 software was applied to simulate the heat and moisture exchange process of airflow and surrounding rocks in operating space.The velocity field,temperature field,the average age(Mean age of air),PMV—PPD(Predicted mean vote-predicted percentage dissatisfied)distributions have been obtained.The results shows that,because the thermal enviroment is influenced by heat negative pressure on heading face with extracting local ventilation,there are effective airflow entrainment zone,eddy diffusion region from the air duct to the heading face.The air age and PMV—PPD indexes were integrated to predict and evaluate the mine environment.The results and on site survey have a good consistency.
