三软煤层防煤壁片帮中压深孔注水技术

Water Injection Technology in Middle-pressure Deep Holes for Rib Spalling Prevention in Three Soft Coal Seam

在分析研究中压深孔注水技术的基础上,提出了适合登封三软煤层特点的相关注水参数及注水工艺：注水压力为5~12 MPa,每个注水孔采用反复注水,每次注水以煤壁淋水为标准。通过对采煤工作面注水,测算出湿润半径为8~12 m,大大降低了工作面粉尘浓度,减小了三软煤层回采工作面煤墙片帮的危害。

Based on analysing the technology of water injection in middle-pressure deep holes,the paper proposed relevant parameters and technics of water injection matching with three soft coal seam in Dengfeng coal field,those were：water injection pressure is 5~12 MPa,each hole was injected by water repeatedly,once the coal wall begins to pour water,then finish injecting water into holes.Through the study on water injection on working face,wetting radius was obtained within the scope of 8~12 m.The water injection greatly reduced dust concentration on working face,it also reduced rib spalling dangers of coal wall in three soft coal seam.
