摘要
本文从经济增长极理论的视角出发,在严格假设条件和放宽假设条件下构建数学模型,通过求解和分析,认为中央政府在确定各省的投资配额或各省政府在确定各地区的投资配额时,采取经济增长极模式有重点、有侧重地投资比采取均匀投资模式不分重点、均匀分配地投资的经济增长效果会更加明显;但是投向增长极的投资配额存在边际效用递减规律,对增长极的资本存量应该控制在合理范围内;随着增长极所获得的新增投资的增加,在对增长极的开发效果越来越显著的同时,极化效应程度会逐步加深,使得腹地与增长极之间的经济发展差距拉得越来越大,在确定各地区的投资配额时,需要考虑整个地区和腹地对预期经济发展差距的承受能力和对经济发展差距预期所需经历的时间长度的承受能力。
From the perspective of economic growth pole theory,under the strict assumptions and the relax assumptions,This article built the mathematical model,by solving and analysis,have the conclusion that when the central government in determining the investment quota for each province or provincial governments in determining the investment quota for each region.The economic growth effects of taking economic growth pole model,that a focused investment,will be more obvious than taking uniform investment model,that not focused and evenly distributed investment.However,the investment quota to invest in growth pole there is the law of diminishing marginal utility,the growth pole of the capital stock should be controlled within reasonable limits.With the increase of new investment the growth pole obtained,while the development effect on growth pole be more and more significant,the degree of polarization effects will gradually deepen,making the economic development gap between the hinterland and growth poles be increasingly large.In determining the quota for each area of investment,you need to consider the capacity of the whole region and the hinterland to endure the expected economic development gap and the expected time length required to experience.
