摘要
为了进一步加强在途运输车辆的安全监督管理,结合3G网络模式的推广,提出了基于3G的无线视频监控传输系统的设计与实现方案,给出了该系统的总体框架、工作流程,以及车载终端和监控中心的具体设计。试验结果表明,系统实时性及稳定性佳,可在很大程度上降低企业成本,该设计具有可行性。
In order to further strengthen the safety supervision and management of in-transit vehicles, combining the popularity of 3G network model, we propose the design and implementation scheme of 3G-based wireless video surveillance transmission system, give the whole framework and work process of the system, as well as the specific design of vehicle terminal and surveillance center. The test result proves that the system has good real-time performance and good stability, and it can reduce enterprise cost to a great extent, so this design is feasible.
