摘要 先进的基于智能电表的实时监测装置除了包括基本的电量误差监测,互感器绝缘监测,时钟超差检测,防窃电外,还实现了反映电能质量的谐波方面的监测功能。考虑到电压波动和闪变也会引起智能电表的计量误差,有必要开发一套能够实现包括电压波动和闪变监测功能在内的综合在线监测系统。本文在介绍了多种监测功能实现原理的基础上,重点分析了电压波动和闪变对电能计量产生的具体影响,并详细介绍了硬件部分设计。同时该系统采用3G技术来实现远程通信,相比于GSM/GPRS,不但提高了数据传输速度,而且满足了监测系统准确传输音频和图像信息的需求。 At present,the advanced real-time monitoring devices of smart meters involves not only electricity measurement,the current or voltage transformer,clock error,electric larceny-proof,but also harmonic current reflecting power quality.Considering the influence brought by the voltage fluctuation and flicker on the smart meter.It is necessary to develop an integrated online monitoring system about smart meter.The system has detected the power fluctuation and flicker.Based on a brief introduction principle about various monitoring function,this paper mainly analyzes the impact of the voltage fluctuation and flicker and then presents the design of the hardware portion.Compared with GSM and GPRS,the device adopts the third-generation technology to realize remote transmit.So it not only accelerates the transfer speed,but meets the requirements on transmission of audio signals and digital images.
