摘要
从威海近海采得的海洋沉积物中经过富集培养和分离筛选,得到一株紫色菌落的海洋光合细菌,编号为D25。利用梅里埃公司细菌鉴定系统对菌株的生理生化特征进行了检测,API 20E检测结果共有ADH、CIT等4项检测项目呈阳性,ONPG、LDC等16项检测项目呈阴性。经PCR反应得到16S rRNA基因序列,16S rRNA基因序列测定和分析结果显示该菌株为嗜硫小红卵菌(Rhodovulum sulfidophilum)。
A purple strain of marine photosynthetic bacteria numbered D25 was isolated from the marine sediments of WeiHai offshore through enrichment culture,isolation and screen.The physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain D25 were tested by New ATB,the results of API 20E test show that 4 items present positive such as ADH and CIT,16 items present negative like ONPG and LDC.The 16S rRNA gene sequence were cloned by PCR technology,the results of testing and analyzing of 16S rRNA gene sequence identified the strain as Rhodovulum sulfidophilum.
