摘要
选用5个不同生境条件下的五爪金龙叶片,撕取老、嫩叶的上、下表皮制成临时装片,在显微镜下对表皮上的气孔个数及气孔开放个数进行统计。结果表明,上表皮的气孔密度比下表皮的气孔密度小;嫩叶上、下表皮的气孔密度比老叶上、下表皮的气孔密度大;表皮的气孔密度随着土壤含水量减少而增大。气孔开放频率则与表皮上的气孔密度呈正相关。
The upper and lower epidermis from the old and tender leaves of Ipomoea cairica collected from five different habitats was torn and made into epidermis-installed provisional.The number of stomata and opening stomata was counted under microscope.The results showed that the stomata density of the upper epidermis leaves was smaller than that of the lower epidermis;the stomata density of the tender leaves of upper and lower epidermis was higher than that of the old ones;the stomata density of skin increased as soil moisture reduced.Stomata opening frequency was positively correlated with the epidermal stomata density.
