摘要
为了开发高生物活性的稀土氨基酸配合物抑菌剂,在酸性乙醇介质中,合成了稀土镝(Dy3+)氨基酸(Tyr,Trp)咪唑三元配合物,由其一般性质、荧光性能及紫外吸收光谱得到初步确认。以Dy3+、咪唑及镝氨基酸二元配合物为对照,研究了镝氨基酸咪唑三元配合物的抑菌性能。结果表明,镝氨基酸二元及镝氨基酸咪唑三元配合物对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,咪唑参与配位后,更加强了配合物的抗菌性能,当两类配合物浓度≥8 g/L时,对两种供试菌均有较强的抑制作用;镝酪氨酸配合物抑菌作用较镝色氨酸配合物强,其最低抑菌浓度可低至2~4 g/L。
Complexes of Dy3+-amino acid(Tyr,Trp) and Dy3+-amino acid(Tyr,Trp)-imidazole were synthesized in acidic ethyl alcohol.The compositions of the complexes were determined by UV spectra,phsical properties and fluorescence.Experiments of bacteriostasis showed that the complexes had varying bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus;the bacteriostastic activities of ternary complexes was superior to binary complexes.When the complexes concentration exceeded 8 g/L,it could strongly restrain the two strains.Tyr-complexes had better bacteriostastic activity the Trp-complexes,the minimum inhibitory concentration could be in the range of 2~4 g/L.
