摘要
以福鼎大白茶[Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze cv.Fuding Dabaicha]自然杂交后代为育种材料,经系统选种,无性繁殖,育成了优质茶树新品种鄂茶12号[C.sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze cv.E-Cha No.12](原代号04-3-9)。经多年的品种比较试验及示范试种结果表明,该品种属中生种;制绿茶嫩香持久,品质优异;茶多酚、水浸出物含量分别比福鼎大白茶高27.18%和6.95%;鲜叶产量比福鼎大白茶高36%以上;并且耐寒、耐旱,抗病虫能力较强,移栽成活率高。
High quality new variety Camellia sinensis(L.) O.Kuntze cv.E-Cha No.12(Serial number: 04-3-9) was derived by systematic selection and vegetative propagation from C.sinensis(L.) O.Kuntze cv.Fuding Dabaicha natural offspring.After years of trials and demonstration results indicated that it belonged to medium-sprouting variety;its green tea had durable delicate aroma and excellent quality;the content of TP(Tea polyphenol) and water extracts was 27.18% and 6.95% higher than that of C.sinensis Fuding Dabaicha respectively;fresh leaf yield was 36% higher than that of C.sinensis Fuding Dabaicha;it had strong resistance to coldness,drought,diseases and pests and also had high survival rate after transplanting.
