焦作市代茶植物资源及其开发利用研究

Research on the Development and Utilization of the Substituting Tea Plant Resources in Jiaozuo City

焦作市植物资源丰富,种类繁多。经调查,焦作市的代茶植物有18种,隶属于9科15属,均具有很高的药用及保健价值。作者就代茶植物的利用部位、性味特点以及具有的药理功能做了简要介绍,并对焦作市的代茶植物资源开发利用提出了相关建议。

The plant resources in Jiaozuo city were abundant with many different species.There were 18 kinds of substituting tea plants in Jiaozuo city,belonging to 15 genera in 9 families.All these plants had high medicinal and health value.A brief introduction of these substituting tea plant attributes and tastes,as well as their pharmacological functions was given.Some suggestions on the development and utilization of the substituting tea plant resources in Jiaozuo city was put forward based on the research.
