摘要
采用3种不同的干燥方式,配制了2种保色剂,并按不同浓度、干燥保色顺序分别处理月季(Rosachinensis Jacq)花瓣,研究了对月季花瓣的保色效果。结果得到了14种色彩与鲜花颜色相近的干燥保色处理组合,并经过6个月的自然光照射,最后筛选出最佳的保色处理方法,即采用先自然干燥、然后用浓度为10%的硫酸镁加柠檬酸(质量比为1∶1)的混合液保色,则月季花瓣所达到的保色效果最优。
The color-keeping technology of Rosa chinensis Jacq petals was studied using 3 different drying methods,2 color-keeping agents,different concentrations of color-keeping agents and different color-keeping processes respectively in the experiment.The best method of color-keeping was selected from 14 treatment combinations after 6-month exposure in natural sunlight.The best color-keeping effect could be obtained if used natural drying at first,then treated with 10% color-keeping agent mixed with magnesium sulfate and citric acid.
