摘要
研究了不同溶剂的苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides Linn.)浸提物对向日葵(Helianthus annuus Linn.)种子萌发的化感作用。结果表明,不同溶剂苦豆子浸提物对向日葵种子的萌发具有明显的抑制作用,乙醇、甲醇、丙酮和去离子水苦豆子浸提物处理后的向日葵种子的萌发率分别为60.83%、60.00%、55.83%和46.25%,但只有去离子水浸提物处理向日葵种子的萌发率显著低于对照种子的萌发率(70.00%,P<0.05);除甲醇的苦豆子浸提物加快向日葵种子的萌发进程外,乙醇、丙酮和去离子水浸提物均对向日葵种子的萌发进程有延迟作用;不同溶剂的苦豆子浸提物处理向日葵种子后,种子的萌发指数和幼苗活力指数均小于对照种子的,但去离子水浸提物处理向日葵种子的萌发指数和幼苗活力指数与对照种子差异显著(P<0.05)。
The allelopathic effects of different solvent extracts from Sophora alopecuroides Linn.on the germination of Helianthus annuus Linn.seeds were examined.The results showed that the evident inhibition effects of different solvent extracts from S.alopecuroides on the seed germination of H.annuus were observed.The germination percentages of H.annuus seeds treated by solvent extracts from alcohol,methanol,acetone and deionized water were 60.83%,60.00%,55.83% and 46.25% respectively,but only that of seeds treated by extract from deionized water was significantly lower than that of the control(70.00%,P0.05).All solvent extracts except that from methanol delayed the germination course of H.annuus seeds.The germination index and vigor index of seeds treated by different solvent extracts were all lower than that of the control;but significant difference was only found between deionized water and the control(P〈0.05).
