摘要
通过对蜡油催化裂化装置三旋至烟机放空管腐蚀失效原因分析,指出由于生成连多硫酸,造成管内壁出现晶间腐蚀,继而在应力作用下发生应力腐蚀开裂,从而形成自内壁向外壁扩展的裂纹,导致其失效。
The analysis of causes of failure of flue gas vent tube from 3rd-stage cyclone separator to flue gas expander in VGO FCC unit concluded that vent failure was the result of cracking propagated from the internal wall to the external wall under the effect of stress corrosion cracking attributed to intergranular corrosion caused by polythionic acid.
