烤烟品种云烟85腺毛形态结构的环境扫描电镜观察 被引量:8

摘要 采用环境扫描电子显微镜对云烟85叶片腺毛的形态结构进行了观察。结果表明,云烟85的幼叶密被腺毛包括长柄腺毛、短柄腺毛和分枝腺毛。腺毛由1个基细胞、1至几个柄细胞和多个头细胞组成,其中长柄腺毛的个体较大且最多(占80%以上),短柄腺毛粗短、数量较少;分枝腺毛有的呈树状,个体最大、但数量很少;(工艺)成熟叶的腺毛,密度大幅度下降,外观多呈明显衰老状态,腺柄皱缩或倒伏,腺头凹陷或开裂或脱落,但仍有少量腺毛正在生长发育。 The morphology and structure of glandular hairs of flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan85 leaves was observed with Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope(ESEM).The results showed that the young leaves were densely covered by vigorous glandular hairs(include long-stalked glandular trichomes,short-stalked glandular trichomes and branch-stalked glandular hairs).The glandular hairs consisted of a basal cell,one or a few stalk cells and multi-cellular head.The long-stalked glandular hairs were bigger and the most(more than 80%);the short-stalked glandular hairs were thick and short and less;a part of branch-stalked glandular hairs were tree structure(arborization),and maximum individual and minimum quantity.The density of glandular hairs of ripe leaves were considerably less than those of young leaves,the appearances appear mostly to be in senescence,the stalk shrunk or lodged,the head sunken or opened or felled off.But,a few glandular hairs were still developing on the leaves at the some time.
