摘要
将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)与传统的SWOT分析相结合,引入坐标系工具,构建了一个多因素组合数学模型用于低碳发展战略分析.研究结果表明:该模型可以克服以往战略决策方法的不足,是决策者进行决策的一个很好的工具.
The FAHP and coordinate system tool are integrates with ordinary SWOT Analysis, the mathematical model of multi-factor portfolio is put forward to analyze environments of low - carbon development. The results show that ： this model can make up for less than the previous strategic decision, method, and provide a good tool for decision-making.
