摘要
通过对"机械拉杆式"制动结构三轮摩托车"自制动"现象的分析,将行车制动系后摇臂末端销轴孔中心的运动轨迹,拟合成固定圆心和半径的一段圆弧,后拉杆前端设计在该圆弧的圆心上,并使后拉杆末端始终在该圆弧上运动,从而有效解决了"自制动"问题,为其他"机械拉杆式"三轮摩托车"自制动"问题的解决提供了参考。
Based on the analysis of the "shelf-braking" of "mechanical tied rod type" three-wheeled motorcycle,make the path of motion of the pin spindle hole center of the rear arm end of the braking system, fitting a section of circle are of fixed center of circle and radius,and the rear tie rod is designed on the center of the circle and keeping the end of the rear tie rod moving on the circle are,so that the "shelf-braking" problem is effectively solved,which provides reference for other "shelf-braking" problems.
