摘要
目的研究核因子-kBp65(nuclear factor kB p65,NF—kBp65)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)结肠组织中的表达、分布,以及与UC病变程度的关系,探讨它们在UC发生发展中的作用。方法分别用免疫组化SP法和ELISA法检测活动期UC(46例)及正常对照(28例)组织中NF—kBp65和IL-13的表达情况。结果UC组结肠粘膜NF—kBp65的表达活性明显高于正常对照组,二组间有显著性差异(P〈0.05),而IL-13表达水平明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。UC病情程度越重,NF—KBp65表达的阳性率越高,而IL-13表达越低,NF—kBp65和IL-13表达具有明显的负相关性(r=-0.768,P〈0.01)。结论NF—kBp65的表达与IL-13呈负相关,均参与了UC的发生和发展。NF—kBp65、IL—13反映了疾病的炎症程度,并且可作为病情严重程度评定的指标。IL-13的表达可能由NF—kBp65调控。
Objective To determine the levels of nuclear factor kB 1365 ( NF - kB p65 ) and interleukin - 13 (IL- 13)in colon tissue of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) and to explore the relationship among the expressions of NF - kB p65 and IL - 13 and the severity of disease. Methods The levels of NF - kB p65 and IL - 13 in colon mucosa of UC patients were detected by immunohistochemistry method and ELISA respectively. Results The levels of NF - kB p65 in colon mucosa of UC patients were much higher than that of normal controls. The expressions of NF - kB p65 of UC patients were higher in involved mucosa than in corresponding normal mucosa. The levels of IL - 13 in colon mucosa of UC patients were much lower than that of normal controls. The expressions of IL - 13of UC patients were lower in involved mucosa than in corresponding normal mucosa. The expressions of NF - kB 1365 and IL - 13 were related to the extent of lesion and the degree of disease. The expression of NF - kB p65 was significantly nega- tive correlated with that of IL - 13 ( r = - 0. 768,P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusions The induction of NF - kB p65 and IL - 13 was involved in process of inflammation and development of UC. Regulating mechanisms of IL - 13 expression may be related with the induction of NF - kB 1o65.
