摘要
炼焦煤资源结构和特点是选择炼焦工艺方式的重要基础。面对目前炼焦煤资源结构与煤质特点,以及优质炼焦煤资源日益短缺的状况,发展捣固炼焦工艺是解决该问题的重要发展途径。基于煤岩学观点,捣固炼焦可以灵活调整配煤结构,扩大炼焦煤种使用范围;特别是采用预粉碎工艺或分组粉碎工艺及煤改质处理可以提高焦炭的内在质量;同时,通过高炉配焦操作可以降低钢铁企业终端原料的生产成本,对企业的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。
The important basis to choose the coking technology is based on the supplies and characteristics of coking coals.Developing and improving the stamping coking technology is the important means to deal with the shortage of coking coals with high quality in consideration of the supplies and quality characteristics of existent coking coals and also the current situation of increasingly shortage of top quality coking coals.The compounds of coal blending can be adjusted flexibly and kinds of coking coals to be used can be enlarged by application of stamping coking technology from the viewpoint of the coal petrology.It is stressed out especially that the inherent quality of cokes can be improved by adopting the pre-crushing process or the grinding process per group and the coal-modifying treatment process.Meanwhile,the cost for consuming terminal raw materials by iron steel enterprises can be decreased through the operation of mixing cokes in BF,which is of great importance for the enterprises to keep their sustainable development.
