摘要
针对细粒级含量高的高灰难选煤泥,研究采用抑制剂和分散剂来改善浮选过程中高灰细泥对精煤的污染,通过不同药剂与煤样作用后的接触角、浮选指标及浮选产品的表面电位分析,得出如下结论:抑制剂和分散剂可以改善浮选效果,在相同分选条件下,六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂的分选指标优于抑制剂淀粉和水玻璃,当六偏磷酸钠用量为1 500g/t,煤油用量为370g/t,起泡剂GF用量为150g/t时,精煤产率为57.69%,精煤灰分为12.04%;抑制剂和分散剂的添加,加大了精煤和尾煤之间表面电位绝对值的差值。
Processing objects of this study is a kind of high-ash and difficult-to-float coal whose particles properties was large content of fine mud.Inhibitors and dispersants was used to reducing the pollution of high-ash fine mud in flotation cleans.Coal contact angle with different agents affected,flotation indicators and analysis of the surface potential of the flotation products was studied.The results showed that,flotation effect could be improved by adding inhibitors and dispersants.In the same separation conditions,the separation index of sodium hexametaphosphate as a dispersant was better than starch and water glass as a inhibitor.The cleans ash content of 12.04% and yield of 57.69% can be attained with the sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 1500g/t,kerosene dosage of 370g / t,frother GF dosage of 1500g / t.Absolute difference of the surface potential increased between cleans and tailings when inhibitors and dispersants were added.
